Directions to Our Church,
Chapel and more…

Our Church, Chapel, Rectory, Parish Center, School and Convent Building are in two distinct areas of Port Jefferson. The Chapel is located on the grounds of St. Charles Hospital, while all our other buildings and facilities are clustered south-east of the corner of Main Street and Myrtle Avenue just south of the Port Jefferson Village center.

Directions to
Our Church and Nearby Facilities:

• Our Historic Infant Jesus Church is located on the corner Main Street and Myrtle Avenue just south of the Port Jefferson Village center. Parking is available on the street along Main Street and Myrtle Avenue. There is also parking available after school hours in the Our Lady of Wisdom School parking lots with entrances off Myrtle Avenue and Main Street.
• Our Parish Rectory is located at 110 Myrtle Avenue, directly behind (just up the hill from) the church.
• Our Parish Center is attached to the Our Lady of Wisdom School building. The Parish Center parking lot and entrance are located on the hill above the church and rectory, overlooking Main Street. The Parish Center parking lot entrance is located just south of the church on east side of Main Street (Rt. 25A).
• Our Lady of Wisdom School is located on Myrtle Avenue off of Main Street in Port Jefferson just north of the Church and Rectory. There is parking available in the north lot on the corner of Myrtle Avenue and Hawkins Street.
• The Our Lady of Wisdom Convent which houses our meeting rooms, Parish Social Ministry (Parish Outreach), and Faith Formation offices is located on Hawkins Street further up the hill from the church, rectory and school. It is best reached by turning on to Myrtle Avenue from Main Street, then making a right turn after the school’s north parking lot.

Directions to Our Chapel:

• Our Infant Jesus Chapel is located and attached to St. charles Hospital further up the hill from our historic century old Church. The St. Charles Hospital Campus has entrances at 200 Belle Terre Road and off of Myrtle Avenue. The Chapel is located by the south side of the hospital close to the Myrtle Avenue entrance.
